Steve Hale in his 1.5J cellica smashed his last PB of 9.0@156mph getting down the 1/4mile at a wicked 8.83@155mph then backing it up with 8.90@156mph.

With Jambo just around the corner (October 1-2) Steve and the boys @ EFI are looking toward an 8.5@160.

This cellica is running a Toyota 1.5JZ motor, 2 spd glide and 9" diff custom rear end.

 

 

 

EFI Performance in conjunction with ON TRACK DRAG'S held a drag day out at willow bank 9th July 2011.

We took some of our customers cars out and what a day it was.

Congratulation's  to

Ben Pearce in IGNITE VL, off the trailer he went 8.9@152mph then second pass backing it up with 8.9@153mph but didn't stop there his 3rd and final pass running 8.8@154mph.

Ben's VL runs a RB30 single cam, GT45 turbo, 2 spd powerglide and 9"diff 4 link.

 

Doug Day in his mint VK PRO.840 beating his best time of 9.5 from weeks before crossing the line 9.2@147mph then almost backing it up 9.3@147mph.

Doug's VK is running a full built 355, twin GT3082r turbo's blow through carby setup, 2 spd glide and 9" diff

 

 

Derek Johnson was at it again this time backing up his 9.23 running two more passes 9.27 & 9.20@148mph. Consistency is the key said Derek after his 3rd run and getting kicked out from not connecting his parachute.
